  Slices of pan-seared duck breast served cold with a port and cherry reduction.

  Beef shin slow braised in thick red wine gravy, topped with creamy mash.

• Ploughman’s Terrine £3.95

  Homemade pork terrine, mature cheddar and silverskin onions, served with homemade chutney and bread.

  Locally sourced pork pie served with piccalilli.

• Honey & Mustard Glazed Chicken £3.95

  Oven roasted chicken wings and drumsticks with a honey and wholegrain mustard glaze.

  Traditional Welsh dish of leeks, bacon, cockles and cream, topped with puff pastry lids.

  Risotto of pearl barley, shallots and garlic topped with asparagus and toasted pine nuts.

  Wild boar sausages, with a deep fried duck egg, black pudding mash and homemade baked beans.

  Pan-roasted chicken supreme served on a bed of green beans with new potatoes and a white wine sauce.
